If I could give more stars I would! Great experience! Professional, clean, friendly and most important to me PAINLESS! I’ll admit I was many years overdue for a visit so I had some anxiety going in. Check in process very easy and straightforward to fill out with my phone. I did this in my car before entering the building. I got checked in for a cleaning, well I ended up getting X-rays, cleaning and 4 fillings done in one visit! Most other dental offices this would have been done over a handful of appointments so I’m EXTREMELY happy they got it all done in one visit and like I said I literally didn’t feel any pain. Dr. Shaffer added numbing cream before injecting the numbing medicine so I didn’t even feel the poke from needle. He is very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process and explained what he was doing each step so I felt very comfortable. A recommendation is an understatement, he and his assistant Samera were great! South Chandler dental group is my new spot for the foreseeable future! 😊👍
